Mayer's Boot Camps Are Designed To Build Strength and Fitness Through A Variety Of Group Intervals Over A 50 Minute Time Frame. Intervals include a Wide Variety Of movements Including Weights, Bands, TRX, Push Ups/Sit Ups and Plyometrics. Sessions Usually Finish With A Yoga Stretch.
